When an offer has been made on a real estate property and a purchase agreement reached, the realtor or mortgage broker calls a Kelowna escrow company to process the transfer of title. This includes closing all debts on the property and turning over monies to all parties involved to effect the purchase.
All debts, liens, judgements and mortgage expenses, chronological payoff quotes, assessments of current oblgations and credit card liabilities against the property address are all summed up. Every debt against a real property address in Kelowna must be settled. Bank financing is then requested from the buyer's bank to cover this amount and instructions as to the disposition of the remainder proceeds from the real estate sale monies per the documents is observed. There are many areas of British Columbia referred to as "Arts Towns". Creative work in many artistic genres is a key economic driver for a large portion
of the province, and this activity attracts many seasoned and budding artists to British Columbia, including Kelowna.
Of course, this artistic diversity has helped to create other benefits that residents from Kelowna enjoy, including a thriving tourism industry. Visitors
from all over the world come here to experience art galleries, museums and shops, and other interesting examples of the region's talented artists. A world renowned artistic community has
helped provincial tourism support reliable employment and business opportunities right across the province
