I am a lifetime sales professional. After graduating with Honours from Brock University with a BSc degree in Biochemistry, I began a sales career in the Pharmaceutical industry. I spent four years promoting anti-infectives to ENTs, Dermatologists and nephrologists in Windsor then I was promoted to a Hospital sales position and subsequently a National Sales Manager position.
My Sales and Marketing career continued in senior managerial and Business development positions in the Pharmaceutical industry for 23 years.
I also have a small horse breeding operation at Foxden Farm in the town of Mono where I breed horses for competition in various sports including Eventing, Jumping and Dressage.
Having made my home in rural Mono for 15 years and commuting to work in both Toronto and Montreal, I desired to work in the community where my family loves to reside.
Working as a Realtor has given me opportunity to live and work in my community.
Using my many years of experience in sales, my familiarity with the unique issues relating to rural property and my knowledge of investment opportunities in real estate makes it a pleasure to assist both buyers and sellers.
My experience in Real Estate also goes back over 20 years. I have successfully invested in both commercial and residential rental properties in the Niagara and Orangeville area. I can help you achieve your investment goals using real estate as a tool. I have a conservative investment plan that allows my clients to generate significant income from real estate investments.
Whether you are looking to invest or making the move to the country I am well qualified to assist you in making these major life decisions.
Please feel free to contact me anytime to discuss your real estate needs. It is truly my pleasure to make clients dreams come true!
Kind Regards

Ontario is a popular Canadian province for both residents and tourists. The province welcomes new residents and visitors each year to its many attractions,
events and exhibits, and Orangeville is just one location that enjoys a vibrant tourism industry and stable economic development.
If you are interested in property in or around Orangeville, Ontario, check local real estate listings or contact a local
real estate agent to determine your options. Depending on current market conditions, you may be paying more or less for a new home. Do
your research carefully and you may be pleasantly surprised at the opportunities that are available for both purchase and rental properties. Here are some questions to consider before buying any income property in Ontario. How close is the building to facilities you require? Is the building on a busy street that would create a lot of noise? How old is the building? Will it require a lot of repair? What are the security measures in the building? Does it have a balcony or patio, and if so, does it face the sun, or do other buildings block it? What is the parking situation? Are there ample places for you and your guests to park? Are there any association dues that are to be paid monthly, and if so, what do these dues pay for?
