Ontario is a province rich in culture and history, and is known for strong economic growth and steady employment
trends. Many people relocate to Ontario each year, and the demand for housing in some regions can be quite high.
Finding suitable living arrangements can be a challenge, but owning a home in Ontario, including Paris, is still considered accessible
and affordable. In order to get all, if not most, of your security deposit back in Ontario, you must take the time to clean your apartment before you leave. Find your move-in inspection form, and make sure no other damage has been created. Fix the walls. Fill in any holes with hole filler, and sand the filler so it is flush with the wall. Clean off any scuffmarks on the walls, and repaint if necessary. Clean sinks, the stove, lights, cabinets, floors, countertops, everything in the bathrooms, and the closets. If a fireplace was provided, make sure that is clean as well. Remove all items from the apartment, and take pictures of cleaned place for reference. Finally, turn in your keys.
