an outdoor lover's and sports enthusiast's ideal location, and Cornwall shares in promoting these attractions.

Renting in Ontario is similar to other cities in that if you own a pet, it may be more difficult to obtain a lease. Many apartments will have a size and weight restriction. However, this can often be waived if certification can be produced that the animal has been toilet trained. Be prepared to pay an extra security deposit for the animal, but remember this will be returned at the end of the lease if there is little damage to fix.
Some Ontario apartments on the ground floor come with patios, or even backyards, which are convenient to have when owning a pet, so there is little need for late night, or early morning walks.
